mermaids dining room and bar has been established for 11  years and is literally on the edge of burleigh heads beach. the casual coffee and dining area spills onto the beach sand, while the outer front terrace looks out over the waves of what is known as burleigh point. this point is regarded by surfers as one of the best point breaks in the world, and at certain tides surfboard riders pass metres from diners – an idyllic way to enjoy a great dining experience.

you can choose from 4 main areas, all of which have amazing views of burleigh heads and the gold coast skyline:

• the outer beachfront casual dining area
• inside dining area
• ocean terrace dining area
• the bar area which also includes a cosy lounge corner

      from 7.30am for breakfast & lunch - 7 days

      dinner 5.30pm till late - thurs to sun - winter trading
